About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of an AI‑driven robotic warehouse, ensuring optimal throughput and uptime.
- Implement and refine automation strategies, integrating new robotic modules and software updates.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce cycle times and defects.
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, and supply‑chain partners to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, reporting performance trends and recommending corrective actions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing large‑scale warehouse automation or robotics operations.
- Proven track record in process improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of guiding multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with AI‑powered robotic platforms and warehouse management systems.
