QA Engineer
Lead the design, development, and deployment of next‑generation manufacturing automation solutions, integrating robotics, machine data analytics, and AI to enhance production efficiency and quality.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated manufacturing processes using robotics and AI-driven controls.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts and data pipelines for real‑time machine data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, quality, IT, data analytics) to define system requirements and performance metrics.
- Integrate machine learning models into production workflows to optimize throughput and reduce defects.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing automation, robotics, or industrial control systems.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of digital manufacturing concepts, machine data acquisition, and AI-enabled applications.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, communication, and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
