QA Engineer
Lead the design, development, and commissioning of industrial automation systems using PLCs, HMIs, and EPLAN, ensuring compliance with safety standards and seamless integration across cross‑functional teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical control systems, create detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
- Prepare bills of materials, IO lists, sensor lists, and signal exchange documentation.
- Develop PLC and HMI logic for Siemens and Rockwell/Allen‑Bradley platforms.
- Produce EPLAN drawings and secure customer approval.
- Collaborate with procurement and cross‑functional teams for release and installation.
- Install, test, and commission machines on the shop floor and at client sites.
- Train operators and engineers on system operation and maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in PLC programming and HMI development.
- Strong knowledge of EPLAN and electrical schematic design.
- Familiarity with Siemens and Rockwell/Allen‑Bradley automation platforms.
- Understanding of international safety standards for electrical and automated systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
