About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites for web and mobile healthcare applications using Python and Selenium.
- Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, ensuring seamless test execution and rapid feedback.
- Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to define test strategies, coverage, and quality metrics.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and share best practices for automation, coding standards, and test design.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation engineering within a regulated or healthcare environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Selenium WebDriver, and test framework design.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins, and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality, maintainable code.
