QA Engineer
Lead the design, development, and deployment of automated test systems for aerospace components, leveraging Python, PLC programming, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high reliability and rapid validation cycles.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for aircraft systems using Python and PLC scripting.
- Integrate test automation with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to accelerate release cycles.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to define test requirements and validate system performance.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and implement corrective actions to improve test coverage and reliability.
- Document test procedures, maintain test data repositories, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in test automation for complex engineering products.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with PLC or ladder logic.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
