About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy automation workflows in Microsoft Power Automate to replace manual tasks across healthcare operations.
- Integrate diverse systems via RESTful APIs and database connections, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
- Leverage AI capabilities to clean, interpret, and transform data from forms and communications.
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot failures, and implement continuous improvement measures.
- Conduct thorough testing of workflows, validate outputs, and document solutions for maintainability.
Requirements
- Proven experience building Power Automate solutions in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of API integration, database concepts, and data transformation.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools for data processing (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
