About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen‑Bradley, Omron) using Structured Text and Function Block languages.
- Design and develop SCADA/HMI applications with integration to MS Access or SQL databases for reporting and data logging.
- Configure, test, debug, and optimize machine automation sequences and control logic.
- Integrate, configure, and troubleshoot servo drives, servo motors, and motion control systems (e.g., Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens).
- Work with and commission field sensors such as proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, encoders, and vision systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in industrial automation.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Structured Text, Function Block).
- Experience with SCADA/HMI development and database integration.
- Knowledge of motion control, servo drives, and vision systems.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
