QA Engineer
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks for complex software systems, leveraging Python, Selenium, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable delivery across cloud and on‑prem environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end automated test suites using Python and Selenium for web and API interfaces.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, ensuring seamless execution and reporting.
- Containerize test environments with Docker and orchestrate deployments on AWS for scalable, repeatable runs.
- Collaborate with QA, development, and DevOps teams to define test strategies, coverage metrics, and defect triage processes.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in test automation engineering or related roles.
- Proficiency in Python, Selenium WebDriver, and test frameworks such as PyTest or Behave.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and Docker containerization.
- Solid understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, CodePipeline) and cloud‑native testing practices.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
