QA Engineer
Design, develop, and support automated workcells, liquid handling systems, and analytical instruments for production and R&D, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver medium‑to‑high complexity engineering projects.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robotic workcells, liquid handling stations, and analytical instrument integrations.
- Develop, test, and maintain software tools and control logic (PLC, Python, C++) for automated workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in both production and R&D environments.
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and quality teams to gather requirements and translate them into reliable automation solutions.
- Document designs, procedures, and validation results to ensure compliance and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Hands‑on experience with robotics, PLC programming, and laboratory automation equipment.
- Proficiency in Python (or similar scripting language) for control and data handling.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under guidance on medium to high complexity projects.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
