QA Engineer
Design and deploy next‑generation automation, robotics, and AI‑enabled manufacturing solutions, leveraging Python, PLC programming, and industrial IoT to drive scalable, data‑rich production systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and develop advanced automation and robotics systems for front‑end manufacturing lines.
- Integrate machine learning and AI models into production equipment to enable predictive maintenance and process optimization.
- Program and commission PLCs, motion controllers, and industrial IoT devices, ensuring reliable, real‑time data acquisition.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, IT, and external integrators to translate emerging technologies into scalable manufacturing solutions.
- Validate and document system performance, creating digital twins and dashboards for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related field with 3+ years of automation experience.
- Proficiency in Python and PLC programming (e.g., Allen‑Bradley, Siemens).
- Hands‑on experience with robotics platforms, vision systems, and industrial IoT protocols.
- Knowledge of machine learning/AI concepts applied to manufacturing data.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
