QA Engineer
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of automated manufacturing systems using Python, PLCs, SCADA, and robotics, ensuring high reliability and efficiency across production lines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated control systems for manufacturing equipment using PLC programming and SCADA platforms.
- Integrate robotics and motion control into production lines, optimizing cycle times and throughput.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, implementing root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, wiring diagrams, and test procedures.
- Utilize Python and MATLAB for data acquisition, analysis, and performance monitoring of automated processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the automation lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, and SCADA system integration.
- Proficiency in Python and MATLAB for scripting and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of robotics, motion control, and industrial Ethernet protocols.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
