About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot automated laboratory equipment and processes, integrating PLCs, SCADA, and robotic platforms.
- Write and maintain Python scripts for data acquisition, control logic, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define functional specifications and validate system performance.
- Ensure all automation solutions comply with GMP, GxP, and safety regulations, including proper documentation and change control.
- Perform root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing automated workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in laboratory or manufacturing automation.
- Strong understanding of GMP, GxP, and laboratory safety standards.
- Experience with robotics integration and data management in a regulated environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
