Key Responsibilities
- Translate user requirements into automated workflow solutions for laboratory assays.
- Develop, test, implement, and optimize automated liquid handling instruments and associated software.
- Perform verification and validation activities to meet regulatory and quality standards.
- Configure, program, troubleshoot, and maintain instrument software and LIMS interfaces.
- Collaborate with IT and laboratory teams to support system integrations and data management.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# for scripting and automation.
- Experience with SQL and LIMS systems.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (e.g., GLP, GMP).
- Hands‑on experience with liquid handling instruments and workflow optimization.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
