QA Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of advanced material handling and precision automated assembly lines for medical devices, driving efficiency, quality, and safety through PLC, robotics, and SCADA integration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate automated assembly and material handling solutions for medical device production.
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMI interfaces, and robotic controllers to meet performance and safety standards.
- Integrate SCADA systems and Industrial Ethernet networks for real‑time monitoring and data acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define specifications, conduct feasibility studies, and optimize production line layouts.
- Lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve automation processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in industrial automation within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, or equivalent) and HMI design.
- Hands‑on experience with industrial robots (KUKA, ABB, FANUC) and SCADA platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Ethernet protocols (PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.
