About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain PLC programs for manufacturing equipment, ensuring high reliability and safety compliance.
- Integrate industrial IoT devices and SCADA systems to collect real‑time data and enable predictive maintenance.
- Develop Python scripts and data pipelines for automated data analysis, reporting, and machine learning model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define automation requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Implement AWS IoT services for secure data ingestion, storage, and analytics, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and SCADA integration.
- Proficiency in Python, data handling, and basic machine learning concepts.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS IoT Core, Lambda, and related cloud services.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
