QA Engineer
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks using Python, Selenium, and Robot Framework, integrating CI/CD pipelines and ensuring high-quality releases for complex engineering products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end automated test suites for web and mobile applications using Python, Selenium, and Robot Framework.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable rapid feedback and continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to define test strategies, coverage, and performance benchmarks.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Document test frameworks, best practices, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in test automation engineering.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
