We’re looking for a resourceful, efficiency-obsessed builder to make Bambuser run as intelligently as our product.

We're a global team of 60+ people supporting hundreds of customers, and need to ensure our internal engine is as innovative as our product.

Your job is to find workflows that are slow, manual, or unnecessarily complex and automate them using modern tools, integrations, and AI. You’ll work across every team to reduce friction, cut "busy work," and help us do more with less.

This is a Hybrid role, with regular in-office days. Being physically present with the teams you're collaborating with is a big part of what makes this role work.

What you’ll do

Operational Architecture: Sit with teams across Finance, Customer Success, Sales, People, Product, Security, Legal, Data, and R&D to map how work gets done and identify where humans are acting as middleware between systems.

Build & Integrate: Design and ship automations that connect our core tech stack (Salesforce, Slack, ERP, Google Workspace, etc.). Use tools like n8n, Make, or Python to keep data flowing reliably.

Smart Automation & AI: We’re building advanced AI capabilities for our customers, and you’ll apply the same thinking internally. Work closely with the Data Intelligence team and experiment with LLMs and AI agents to automate operational workflows, from routing support tickets to summarising session data and generating reports. You’ll have room to experiment and full ownership of what gets deployed.

Efficiency Auditing: Continuously review our tool stack to reduce fragmentation and consolidate where it makes sense. Own the full loop: Find it → Design it → Build it → Ship it → Measure it.

Embedded Across Teams: You work where the problems are. You'll spend time with CS, Sales, Finance, and Ops to understand their pain points firsthand. Then build solutions with them, not for them, with the full support of our Data & Tech teams behind you.
