About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, reusable test automation frameworks for web and API applications using Python and Selenium.
- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins to enable continuous testing and rapid release cycles.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to define automation strategy, test coverage, and quality metrics.
- Deploy and manage automation workloads on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and cost‑effectiveness.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in DevOps and test automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation engineering or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and Selenium WebDriver.
- Hands‑on experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or comparable tools.
- Practical knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) for hosting and executing automated tests.
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles, version control (Git), and agile development methodologies.
