Associate Automation Architect responsible for designing, building, and scaling automated solutions for wealth‑management client segments, leveraging cloud platforms, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end automation frameworks for client‑segment workflows within wealth management platforms.
- Develop, test, and maintain reusable scripts and bots using Python and RPA tools to streamline data processing, reporting, and client onboarding.
- Architect cloud‑native solutions on AWS and Azure, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines to automate code deployment, testing, and monitoring, reducing release cycle times.
- Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and compliance teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 2–4 years of experience in automation or cloud engineering.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
- Hands‑on experience deploying and managing services on AWS and/or Azure.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work in a regulated financial environment, and effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
