Implementation Engineer
Lead automation and integration initiatives, designing and implementing robust IT solutions that streamline processes and enhance system interoperability using scripting, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows to optimize business processes across multiple platforms.
- Integrate disparate systems using APIs, middleware, and custom connectors to ensure seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, define integration specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring of integration components.
- Diagnose and resolve integration issues, providing ongoing support and performance tuning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automation and integration engineering within an IT environment.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and familiarity with API design and RESTful services.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
