Software Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of automated AI solutions, leveraging Python, machine learning, and RPA to streamline business processes and enhance data-driven decision making.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end automation workflows using Python and RPA tools to optimize operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain machine learning models that support predictive analytics and intelligent decision support.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and internal data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automated processes, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Python programming and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands‑on knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar.
- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP) and data integration techniques.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication skills in German and English.
