The Digital & Technology Automation & AI Lead will drive business transformation through automation and AI, focusing on designing, developing, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency. This role involves engaging with stakeholders, utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform and RPA, and enhancing capabilities with AI.

About the Role

As a Digital & Technology Automation & AI Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead business transformation through automation, utilizing a project management and data-focused approach to solutions. You will work and engage with business stakeholders to analyze business processes, suggest process improvements, and develop automation solutions. This is an 18-month contract, with the opportunity to extend and convert based on good performance and vacancy.

Responsibilities and Duties

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
Utilize Microsoft Power Platform to build business solutions and apps.
Implement RPA technology to automate repetitive tasks and manual processes.
Leverage AI to enhance automation capabilities and provide intelligent insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their automation needs.
Provide training and support to teams for new automated processes and systems.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in Process Automation, AI, Engineering or Data-related roles.
Experience in engaging with business stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for specializations in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
Exposure to low code/power platform/PowerApps/PowerAutomate or Azure components (e.g. ChatGPT) is highly preferred.
A strong background in machine learning, proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, and experience with deep learning frameworks would be an added advantage.
