Lead the design, build, and operation of automated workflows and AI‑driven tools that streamline internal operations and client delivery, leveraging Python, Node.js, and AWS to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end automation pipelines that replace repetitive, manual tasks across engineering, consulting, and operations.
- Integrate AI and machine‑learning models into production workflows, ensuring reliable performance and measurable impact.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify high‑value automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Deploy and monitor automation services on AWS, managing scalability, security, and cost optimization.
- Document processes, create runbooks, and provide training to stakeholders on new automated tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience building automation solutions using Python and Node.js.
- Hands‑on expertise with AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to operationalize models.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for improving operational efficiency.
- Effective communication and collaboration across technical and non‑technical teams.
