Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all ATLO functions for small satellite programs, ensuring seamless integration from design through launch.
- Lead cross‑disciplinary teams in test planning, execution, and qualification of satellite subsystems.
- Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans for launch readiness.
- Coordinate with launch service providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to meet mission milestones.
- Ensure compliance with national security and regulatory standards throughout the ATLO lifecycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in space systems engineering with a focus on ATLO.
- Proven leadership in managing complex, multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of launch vehicle interfaces, test procedures, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.
