Software Engineer
Provide proactive technical assurance for enterprise cloud and edge solutions, leveraging Linux expertise, automation scripting, and deep troubleshooting to ensure performance, reliability, and security of customer environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the health, performance, and security of cloud and edge workloads, identifying and resolving issues before they impact customers.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools (primarily Python) to streamline assurance processes and improve incident response times.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to design and implement best‑practice configurations for Linux‑based platforms.
- Provide detailed technical reports and recommendations to stakeholders, highlighting risk areas and remediation steps.
- Participate in on‑site customer engagements, delivering technical guidance and hands‑on support for complex assurance scenarios.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Linux operating systems and command‑line utilities.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation, data collection, and analysis.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts (IaaS, PaaS, edge computing) and related networking fundamentals.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network layers.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset for on‑site technical support.
