About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement Process Mining solutions that uncover inefficiencies and drive operational excellence.
- Analyze complex business processes, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Support the development and enhancement of the Process Intelligence Graph, integrating advanced AI capabilities to deliver real‑time analytics.
- Assist in the delivery of client workshops, training sessions, and post‑implementation support to ensure successful adoption.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and best practices within the Galaxy Graduate Program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
