Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of core Java applications, ensuring high quality and on‑time release.
- Architect and design scalable, multi‑instance systems using Spring and microservices patterns.
- Mentor and guide developers, resolving technical challenges and enforcing best practices.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and vendor teams to integrate solutions and build IP.
- Drive continuous improvement in code quality, performance, and deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Java development experience with Spring ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and containerization.
- Proficient in SQL, relational databases, and version control (Git).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and leading technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
