Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Design and optimize data models, ensuring data integrity and performance across Salesforce ecosystems.
- Lead a team of developers, providing architectural guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization components into unified data strategies.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in enterprise architecture and Salesforce platform development.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Personalization.
- Proven track record of designing data models and leading technical teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with data integration, API design, and performance tuning within Salesforce environments.
