Software Engineer
Associate Systems Support Engineer responsible for monitoring and maintaining critical applications and infrastructure using AppDynamics, LogicMonitor, Azure Monitor, and providing L1/L2 support for Windows Server, IIS, and SQL environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor application performance and infrastructure health using AppDynamics, LogicMonitor, and Azure Monitor.
- Track and troubleshoot SQL Server databases, Windows Server instances, and IIS web services to ensure high availability.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, responding to incidents, performing root‑cause analysis, and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain and update monitoring dashboards, alerts, and documentation to meet SLA requirements.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement performance improvements and capacity planning.
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience with application and infrastructure monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, LogicMonitor, or Azure Monitor.
- Solid understanding of Windows Server administration, IIS configuration, and SQL Server performance tuning.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve L1/L2 incidents quickly while adhering to service level agreements.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for cross‑team collaboration and incident reporting.
