Systems Engineer
Entry‑level Systems Engineer supporting the design, integration, and verification of advanced aerospace systems, leveraging requirements analysis, modeling, and test expertise while maintaining configuration control and supporting secret‑clearance projects.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine system requirements and functional specifications for aerospace projects.
- Create and maintain models, simulations, and architecture diagrams to validate design concepts.
- Support test planning, execution, and data analysis to verify system performance against requirements.
- Manage configuration control, ensuring baseline integrity and proper documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including hardware, software, and program management, to resolve technical issues and drive design decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Fundamental knowledge of systems engineering processes, requirements development, and verification & validation.
- Experience with modeling tools (e.g., SysML, MATLAB/Simulink) or simulation environments.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation and maintain configuration records.
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
