About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end IT asset disposition (ITAD) processes, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and corporate sustainability standards.
- Coordinate hardware remarketing initiatives, optimizing resale value while maintaining data security and privacy.
- Analyze disposal and remarketing data to generate insights, track KPIs, and support ESG reporting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (legal, procurement, IT, finance) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and best‑practice guidelines for ITAD and remarketing activities.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in IT asset disposition, hardware remarketing, or related sustainability functions.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations (e.g., WEEE, RoHS) and ESG reporting frameworks.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar) and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and committed to continuous improvement in sustainability practices.
