About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for Salesforce applications, diagnosing and resolving issues reported by end users.
- Develop and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and batch jobs to extend platform functionality.
- Build and customize Lightning components and Visualforce pages to meet business requirements.
- Write and optimize SOQL queries, ensuring efficient data access and performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and conduct unit testing.
- Document technical specifications, test cases, and user guides for new features and bug fixes.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including data model, security, and automation tools.
- Hands‑on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front‑end development.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
