About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier‑1 and tier‑2 support for cloud‑based SaaS applications, diagnosing and resolving incidents in a 24x7 environment.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to reproduce, analyze, and fix production issues.
- Utilize Python and Node.js scripts to automate monitoring, log analysis, and remediation tasks.
- Maintain and enhance knowledge base articles, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides for internal and external use.
- Participate in on‑call rotations, ensuring rapid response and resolution of critical incidents.
Requirements
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch) and general cloud architecture.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Node.js for automation and data extraction.
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix administration and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team in a fast‑paced environment.
