About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the state‑level product roadmap, prioritizing features that leverage machine learning insights and telematics data to improve pricing and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and design teams to translate analytical findings into actionable product enhancements.
- Conduct market and customer research to identify unmet needs and validate product concepts through rapid prototyping and A/B testing.
- Define and track key performance metrics, using data to iterate on product features and drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of product management experience in a technology‑driven environment, preferably in fintech or insurtech.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets, machine learning models, and mobile telematics.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum practices and experience managing cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passion for disrupting traditional industries and a customer‑centric mindset.
