Hands‑on Associate Product Manager driving AI‑first product development, from requirements gathering to rollout, leveraging LLMs, rapid prototyping, and agile practices to deliver intelligent automation solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for AI‑enabled automation tools, translating business problems into clear requirements.
- Build and iterate rapid prototypes, using Large Language Models to validate concepts before full specification.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and stakeholder teams to design workflows, conduct testing, and ensure seamless rollouts.
- Apply agile methodologies to manage sprints, track progress, and adapt to feedback throughout the product lifecycle.
- Measure product performance, gather user insights, and continuously refine solutions to maximize impact.
Requirements
- 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI or automation domains.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and hands‑on experience with Large Language Models.
- Proven ability to prototype quickly, iterate based on data, and drive products from idea to launch.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a collaborative, data‑driven mindset.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product analytics tools.
