Job Summary
Granicus is seeking a self‑starting AI Product Manager to help build and scale internal AI capabilities that power our Revenue Operations function. No company in the world reaches more people on behalf of public sector organizations than Granicus —and this role will focus on developing the AI products, platforms, and workflows that enable our revenue teams to operate smarter, faster, and with greater confidence.
You are a creative, data‑driven problem solver who can assess complex RevOps, Sales, and Go‑to‑Market needs and translate them into practical, scalable AI‑driven solutions. You will work in a highly dynamic environment where rapid learning, experimentation, and measurable impact are expected.
Partnering closely with RevOps leaders, Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will define and prioritize the RevOps AI roadmap, align teams around the highest‑value initiatives, and drive outcomes such as productivity gains, forecast accuracy, deal quality, process automation, and improved seller experience.
The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and comfortable operating at the intersection of business operations, data, and AI. You excel at combining qualitative insight with quantitative analysis to make informed trade‑offs and continuously improve how revenue teams leverage AI in their daily work.
