We are seeking a highly motivated, technically skilled Associate Product Manager (AI) to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with 1–3 years of experience and a strong technical foundation, with demonstrated exposure to AI. Interns and recent graduates passionate about product management in AI are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineers and analytics teams to design, plan, and ship impactful features in AI products.
- Analyze user data and feedback to inform product decisions and optimize the overall product experience.
- Drive execution on product initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and feature quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product requirements, set priorities, and align on roadmaps.
- Stay current on AI trends and competitive products to help shape product vision and strategy.
- Combine strong technical skills, business and operations sense, product taste (design), and strong intuition to deliver exceptional product outcomes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical, product, or analytics-focused role (internships included).
- Strong technical background (CS, engineering, mathematics, or related field preferred).
- Demonstrated exposure to AI (coursework, personal projects, internships, or previous roles).
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, analytics, design, and operations teams.
- Solid planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Keen product intuition, sense of user experience, and appreciation for good design.
- Business and operations acumen with a data-driven mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience at a high-growth startup or agile product team.
- Practical involvement in building or optimizing AI orchestration.
- Familiarity with product management and analytics tools.
