About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, debug, and resolve high‑severity incidents affecting AI‑driven identity and access management solutions across cloud and on‑prem deployments.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to identify root causes, implement fixes, and prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain automated scripts (Python, Bash) and monitoring tools to streamline incident response and performance tuning.
- Document troubleshooting procedures, create knowledge‑base articles, and provide training to junior support staff.
- Participate in on‑call rotations, ensuring 24/7 coverage and rapid incident resolution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical support or engineering experience in identity, security, or cloud services.
- Proficient in Python, Java, and AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch).
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer‑centric mindset.
