Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable statistical analysis pipelines using R, SAS, and Python for clinical and translational studies.
- Implement Bayesian and machine‑learning models to support decision‑making across the drug development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with biostatisticians, data scientists, and cross‑functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, EMA) through rigorous documentation and reproducible workflows.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in statistical programming and data visualization.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related field with 7+ years of industry experience.
- Proficiency in R, SAS, and Python; strong SQL skills for data extraction.
- Experience with Bayesian analysis, machine‑learning techniques, and advanced data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
