Associate or Mid-Level Product Review Engineer Liaison Engineering - Boeing

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product reviews to verify design intent, manufacturing feasibility, and quality compliance for 787 components.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed review documentation, including findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to process optimization and cost reduction.
• Support the 9‑to‑12‑month Boeing Training Rotation Program, gaining exposure to multiple engineering disciplines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product review, quality assurance, or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including 2nd or 3rd shift.
