About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute capital equipment projects, ensuring on‑time delivery and budget compliance.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to identify and implement operational improvement opportunities, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality teams to optimize equipment reliability and product quality.
- Ensure all projects meet safety and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing site engineering or project management.
- Strong knowledge of capital equipment lifecycle, Lean, and Six Sigma tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
