As an Associate, Information Security, you will play a critical role in protecting our company's information and systems from cyber threats. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks, develop and implement security protocols, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect company data and systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure implementation of new technologies and systems.
- Provide security training and awareness programs to employees.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, and recommend new security measures as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on threat analysis and mitigation.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures, including encryption, access control, and incident response.
- Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate complex security threats.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
