Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues, implement corrective actions, and verify effectiveness.
- Utilize statistical process control tools to monitor process performance and identify trends.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support new product introductions and changeovers.
- Leverage CAD and data analysis software to model process changes and forecast impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment.
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma tools and statistical analysis software.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
