About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health technology assessments (HTA) and economic evaluations for pharmaceutical products.
- Analyze clinical and real‑world data to generate cost‑effectiveness, budget impact, and health outcome models.
- Prepare and present HTA dossiers, briefing documents, and strategic recommendations to internal teams and external decision‑makers.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional market access, medical affairs, and research teams to align evidence generation with regulatory and payer requirements.
- Engage with health authorities, payers, and key opinion leaders to gather insights and support evidence‑based discussions.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, PhD) in health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HTA, health economics, or market access within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, STATA) and advanced Excel modeling.
- Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
