About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain RF and network equipment across airport sites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site, ensuring minimal downtime for airline and government operations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new technologies and upgrade existing systems.
- Document service activities, generate detailed reports, and provide client training as needed.
- Adhere to safety, security, and regulatory standards while performing field work.
Requirements
- Experience with RF and network infrastructure in a high‑availability environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in the field.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple airport locations.
- Knowledge of aviation communication standards and protocols is a plus.
