Join a high‑performing operations support team as an Associate Engineer, providing tier‑1/2 helpdesk services, incident resolution, and release coordination using Windows Server, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and PowerShell scripting.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑ and second‑level support for desktop, server, and network incidents across the organization.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory and related identity platforms.
- Log, track, and resolve tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development and delivery teams to validate safe releases, perform post‑deployment checks, and address operational issues.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks, improve efficiency, and support monitoring activities.
- Participate in on‑call rotation and respond to urgent incidents to minimize service disruption.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or operations, preferably in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Proficiency with ServiceNow ticketing workflows and incident management processes.
- Hands‑on experience writing PowerShell scripts for automation and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, customer‑focused attitude, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team.
