Software Engineer
Entry‑level security engineer focused on protecting intellectual property in memory and storage products, applying hardware security techniques, cryptographic methods, and vulnerability analysis using Python and C/C++.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain IP protection mechanisms for memory and storage silicon designs.
- Conduct security assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability analysis on hardware prototypes and firmware.
- Develop and automate test scripts and analysis tools using Python and C/C++ to validate security controls.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional design and verification teams to integrate security requirements early in the product lifecycle.
- Document security findings, mitigation strategies, and compliance evidence for internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Fundamental understanding of hardware security concepts, cryptographic algorithms, and secure boot processes.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting with Python and C/C++ for security tooling.
- Experience with vulnerability analysis, security testing, or related academic projects.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
