About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of gas pipeline and regulator station projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
- Support system planning activities, including load calculations, pressure drop analysis, and network optimization.
- Contribute to construction and maintenance documentation, preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and project reports.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate short‑ and long‑term project feasibility and risk assessments.
- Participate in regulatory compliance reviews, ensuring all designs meet local, state, and federal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering with a focus on gas or pipeline systems.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PIPESIM).
- Knowledge of gas distribution regulations and safety standards (e.g., NFPA, ISO).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
