Software Engineer
Develop and maintain data pipelines and reporting solutions for finance and HR systems, leveraging Python, SQL, and AWS to deliver accurate, automated insights for investment and people operations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that integrate finance and HR data from multiple sources.
- Develop automated reporting and analytics solutions using Python, SQL, and visualization tools.
- Collaborate with finance, HR, and technology teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS to support data processing and storage.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all financial and people‑related datasets.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Experience building ETL pipelines and data models in a cloud environment, preferably AWS.
- Knowledge of finance or HR systems and the ability to work with structured and semi‑structured data.
- Understanding of data governance, security best practices, and performance optimization.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to partner with cross‑functional stakeholders.
