About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data quality checks and validation scripts using SQL and Python.
- Design, implement, and monitor ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity across source systems.
- Perform data profiling and root‑cause analysis to identify and resolve data anomalies.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define data quality standards and metrics.
- Document data quality rules, processes, and remediation procedures in a centralized repository.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience with SQL and Python for data manipulation and validation.
- Hands‑on experience with ETL tools and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Understanding of data governance, data profiling, and data quality frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to communicate findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
